Built upon years of martial arts experience since 1990 and with the increase demand by parents for an alternative to after school daycare, we began offering our innovative After School Martial Arts Program (AMP). AMP provides an exciting and safe alternative to daycare for children between the ages of 5 to 12 years old. Integrating traditional martial arts training with a quality after school program, students can expect to improve in self-discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, confidence, and leadership skills. No other after school daycare can offer the benefits that an after school martial arts program can provide.
