AMAC's After School Martial Arts Program (AMP) provides an exciting and safe alternative to daycare for children between the ages of 5 to 12 years old. Integrating traditional martial arts training with a quality after school program, students will improve in self-discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, confidence, and leadership skills. No other after school daycare can offer the benefits that an after school martial arts program can provide.
